Uzbekistan has issued an international warrant through Interpol for two Chechen nationals, Bislan Rasaev (36) and Shamil Temirkhanov (31), who are suspected of taking part in an assassination attempt targeting Komil Allamjonov, the former head of the Presidential Administration’s Department of Information Policy.
